What really struck me about the experience at Emporium Suites (ES) was the overall friendliness of the staff, and how approachable they were. Their hospitality made me feel at ease, and assured that no matter what queries I had about the city, they would be able to help no matter what.

For the rates that ES charges, I felt that the rooms were big and spacious, and very comfortable.

Though I do feel that the lifts at ES are quite slow. Waiting time is substantially longer as compared to other hotels.

Everytime i come to Bangkok i saty at your hotel it has the perfect location and everything about it is first class.

Have stayed at the Emporium often. Convenient and the service is always good. Would stay there again. Being located in the Emporium Mall complex is a plus as there is aways something needed to buy...always at the last minuet!

I have stayed here on several occassions and found this to be the an outstanding otel/service apartment. I am a strong advocate of your hotel. I always fell welcome during my stay here. I hope that you continue to perform in the same outstanding manner as you always have. I have recommended many a friends and colleagues to put up at your establishment over the years.

Wonderful experience. It was my first experience with Emporium Suites (I usually stay away from the Sukhumvit area because of the traffic problems) and I was upgraded to a two-bed suite because of a shortage of smoking rooms and that set the tone for the rest of my (unfortunately too short) stay. The staff were excellent and the service was exemplary. The suite was brilliant with a great view of the city.

Will definitely come back to Emporium Suites with the hope that I get the same sort of service and value for money.

I would like to thank you for screening the windows in the wall and door between the bedroom and main room. This prevented our daughter from being disturbed by the light emitted from the T.V. I was very surprised that my comment was not only noted from our last visit but remembered when we returned. Your service as always is superb.
