Clean room, fresh flowers in the room, friendly staff, elegant atmosphere. Our stay was remarkable!

The hotel staff were excellent,accomidating and friendly. The Thai people are very gracious and friendly. We have only good thoughts about our stay.

This is our second stay at Chatrium and we have recommended it to at least 4 others who have stayed here as well. And have come back time and again. The over all message is it is a very nice place to stay. The staff is great, being on the river is so nice. The pool area is great. And breakfast is wonderful.

Just had a truly fantastic experience at the Rotary Convention in Bangkok. My first time in Asia but the sooner I return the better. Could not have wished for a better hotel, everything was absolutely spot on, and I will stay again without hesitation. Many thanks to the entire team.

We booked a suite of rooms for our family and had the most fabulously luxurious stay at the Chatrium Hotel. We indulged ourselves in all the facilities whilst staying at the hotel and enjoyed the Chatrium shuttle boat trips to the sky train when we wished to explore Bangkok. Using this boat takes all the stress out of travelling around Bangkok as you can access most places via the river and sky train.

The food, both at breakfast and evening is the best quality you will find anywhere in the world and the service is impeccable. The staff are very accommodating and will guide you through your stay in Bangkok, especially if it is a first time. Ms Siripen Yoothongkam welcomed us each evening when dining at the hotel and nothing was too much bother for her, she made us always feel very special. Nutthapong served our table with a lovely smile and worked very hard too. We will and do, highly recommend this hotel for excellence in location, superior quality and luxury in Bangkok and would dearly love to spend time there again. Thank you all. My stay for a week in the Chatrium Hotel Riverside made my Bangkok vacation perfect. After nice city trips it was very nice to come back to the hotel for a relaxing shower or bath or a swim in the pool. After a good sleep in the big rooms I enjoyed the perfect breakfast buffet with the friendly staff. Also the dinner was very good and the location beside the river is great. Thank you.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our suite was very spacious and spotless on arrival. I cannot speak highly enough of all your staff. Everyone from the front office, to the house keeping and security staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Our only dissapointment was that we could only stay for a week. We will recommend your hotel to our friends and look forward to staying at the Chatrium again when we are next in Bangkok.

We have just arrived home from our holiday in Thailand which was very good. Have been watching the news about the floods and hope that your hotel did not sustain to much damage. Our stay in the Chatrium was very comfortable and the suite worked well as I was travelling with my husband, sister and her husband, we were able to spend more time together sharing the same accommodation.

I have to congratulate you on how friendly and helpful all the staff were and If I come back to Bangkok I would have no hesitation in staying with you again.
