The hearth takes center stage. Our dinner menu celebrates bold, smoky depths balanced with delicate Mediterranean finishes. Highlights include whole wild-caught fish roasted over aromatic logs, dry-aged meats seared over hot coals, fire-roasted coastal greens, and artisanal cocktails crafted with charred fruit and island botanicals.

The Daily Catch & The Gentle Harvest

Rooted in the living traditions of the Rawai Sea Gypsies, our seafood sourcing is guided by the philosophy of "The Gentle Harvest". We partner directly with local artisanal fishermen who employ the ancestral "bubu" handwoven bamboo fish traps designed to capture mature fish selectively on the ocean floor while returning young or non-target marine life unharmed to the reef.

Each day, our blackboard features whatever the Andaman has generously provided grilled unadorned over live timber, kissed with cold-pressed olive oil, fresh lemon, and sea salt.
