By day, it becomes an elegant spot for Afternoon Tea at Cloud 36, featuring Cantonese dim sum, scones and pastries by the Michelin starred chefs of Silver Waves by Boon, served with TWG teas and signature coffee in a relaxed sky high lounge.

After sunset, the “Spirits of the Orient” cocktail concept takes over, with signature drinks and infused creations made from premium spirits, Asian herbs, spices and seasonal fruits, plus a curated wine, champagne and zero proof selection. On selected evenings, special live music and guest shifts add an extra touch of excitement to the night. Savour a refined selection of Cantonese dim sum, delicate scones and handcrafted pastries created by the Michelin-starred chefs of Silver Waves by Boon, served with TWG teas and signature coffee. Presented on a striking tea stand high above the Chao Phraya River, each bite blends classic afternoon tea rituals with contemporary Cantonese flavours in a chic rooftop setting.

Signature Cocktails

At Cloud 36, the Signature Cocktails collection brings the Asian Herb and Spice concept to life, capturing the character of iconic neighbourhoods across Asia through local botanicals, fruits and aromatics.

Charoen Krung Road is a herbal, zesty mix of The Gardener Gin infused with lemongrass and starfruit, lifted by triple sec, lemon and grapefruit bitters for a bright, refreshing sip.

Yaowarat Mule channels Chinatown with Michter’s Straight Bourbon infused with goji berry and honey galangal, finished with lime and ginger beer for a smoky, bold and slightly bitter twist.

Kombu Margarita adds Japanese flair, blending mezcal infused with kombu seaweed, apricot liqueur, yuzu and a hint of wasabi spray for freshness and subtle smoke.

Rani’s Sipping celebrates India with mustard oil–washed gin, menthe pastille and spice cordials, creating an exotic, boldly spiced cocktail.

For something playful, Korean Town combines vodka infused with sweet plum, cherry liqueur, apple juice, hop syrup and lemonade for a fresh, fruity and gently sweet finish.
