• 01 April – 03 December: No payment has been charged yet. The payment of the accommodation will be totally charged upon your check-in / Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night plus tax fee
• 04 – 28 December and 04 January – 31 March: 20% deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation / Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid the non-refundable of 20% deposit
• 29 December – 3 January: 20% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation until 31 August / 80% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required 30 days prior to arrival
