• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full room rate.
• Rates are based on occupancy and subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• This offer allows changes to your booking dates (subject to availability) but is non-refundable.

Family Plan:

• Child under 12 years old:
  Free of charge for up to 2 children under 12 years old when sharing parent or guardian’s room with existing bedding. Breakfast is complimentary only when the booked rate of that reservation includes breakfast. If the booked rate of that reservation is on a room-only basis, then breakfast is not included.

• Child aged 12 years & above:
  
  - Deluxe Mountain View Twin and Grand Deluxe Pool View Twin:
  Sharing with parent or guardian's room on the existing bed including breakfast, for the 3rd and the 4th person additional charge at THB 1200 per person per night. Maximum 3 Childs per room.
  
  - Executive Deluxe Mountain View King, Executive Deluxe Pool View King, 1-Bedroom Suite King and 1-Bedroom Family Suite King:
  Sharing with parent or guardian's room for the 3rd person with the additional charge of one extra bed including breakfast at THB 1200 per person per night. Maximum 3 child per room, Maximum one extra bed only for all the room types.
  
  - Two Bedroom Family Suite:
  Sharing with parent or guardian's room for the 5th person with the additional charge of one extra bed including breakfast at THB 1200 per person per night. Maximum 3 child per room, Maximum one extra bed only for all the room types
