Chef Roberto González Alonso leads the kitchen at Albricias Restaurant, bringing over two decades of international culinary mastery to one of Bangkok’s most acclaimed Spanish dining destinations. Originally from Zamora, Spain, he has honed his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants such as DiverXO in Madrid and Alkimia in Barcelona, and held leadership positions at Hotel Indigo Madrid, Centara Grand CentralWorld, and DO&CO Catering. Winner of the Zamora Tapas Contest (2010) and DEVORATAPAS Madrid (2015), Chef Roberto is known for his balance of authenticity, precision, and creativity.
