Step into the Chef’s Garden at Chatrium Sathon Bangkok, where fresh herbs are grown with care and hand-picked by our culinary team to bring natural flavour straight to your plate.
Created around the principles of upcycling and circular sustainability, the garden gives new life to materials from our guest room upgrades. Repurposed bathtubs, wash basins and reclaimed wood have been thoughtfully transformed into garden beds and features throughout the space.

It is a small garden with a meaningful purpose, connecting responsible practices with the food served across the hotel.
