Terms & Conditions

• Stay four (4) consecutive nights is required to be eligible for the complimentary room upgrade.
• This offer is not applicable from 20 December 2025 - 5 January 2026 and 15 - 25 February 2026
• 50% deposit for the whole period is required when the booking is confirmed.The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation is not allowed but the reservation dates may be amended provided that the number of room nights is the same. There is no penalty charge for such an amendment. If the new period is shorter, there is no reimbursement for the unused nights, while additional nights will be charged immediately. The amended reservation rate will be confirmed with the current Best Available Rate of the new stay period, which may not be the same as the rate of the confirmed booking.
• No reimbursement if the booking is shortened or cancelled or a no-show.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Reservations are subject to space availability.
• Rates are based on single / double occupancy and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Family Plan

• Child aged 0-6 years:
  - Sharing parent or guardian's room in a complimentary baby cot or existing bedding including complimentary breakfast. Maximum 1 child per room.
• Child aged 7-11 years:
  - Sharing parent or guardian's room with the additional charge of one extra bed including breakfast at THB 800 per person per night. Maximum 1 child per room. Maximum one extra bed only for all the room types except Deluxe Studio Room.
• Child aged 12 years & above:
  - Sharing parent or guardian's room with the additional charge one extra bed including breakfast at THB 1,600 per person per night. Maximum 1 child per room. Maximum one extra bed only for all the room types except Deluxe Studio Room
