A child over 12 or below 11 years old with extra bedding is counted as an adult.
Housekeeping schedule will be provided as follow:
A daily light clean is provided for your stay. This includes a light touch-up of kitchen and bathroom/s, towel change,
amenities refill, garbage collection, and making of beds.
A stay clean is provided after every 3 nights of your stay. This includes daily light cleaning service, vacuuming of your suite, and bed linen change.

Deposit and Payment Terms:

20% non-refund deposit upon booking.
A full payment 60 days before arrival.
100% non-refund deposit for reservations made less than 60 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Terms

All non-refundable after any payment.
Any cancellation made after 60 days before arrival incurs a full cancellation charge.

1bedroom suite - 2 adults + 1child (below 11-year-old with sharing a bed)
2bedroom suite & Penthouse - 4 adults + 1child (below 11 year-old with sharing bed)
3bedroom suite & Penthouse - 6 adults + 1child (below 11 year-old with sharing bed)
Additional Person charge at JPY 11,900 per night (Maximum 1 person per room, Not available for Studio Room)
Extra bed will be prepared for additional person.
