Join us for an elegant evening hosted by Chef Ho Chee Boon, featuring a refined five-course Cantonese-inspired tasting menu paired with premium French wines from Vinum Lector, highlighted by Château Cap de Mourlin Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé.
Guests may alternatively enjoy a curated TWG Tea pairing experience.
