Over June and July, two defining competitions form the core of Oyster World Cup Bangkok 2026, positioning Chatrium Grand Bangkok at the forefront of culinary excellence.

World Competition Highlights​ A defining element of Oyster World Cup Bangkok 2026, featuring two major competitions: ​ Thailand Shuck Off Challenge (June) ​, a high-energy national competition showcasing speed, precision, and technical mastery. ​ Thailand Grand Écailler Challenge (July) ​ The second edition of the prestigious competition, where top talents compete for recognition and the opportunity to advance onto the global stage. ​ These competitions position Chatrium Grand Bangkok as a regional hub for oyster excellence and international culinary competition. ​ ​
