Discover the art of paella
Go beyond simply tasting one of Spain's most recognised dishes and learn how to prepare it yourself with Chef Roberto.
The Paella Cooking Class is a hands-on outdoor experience where guests work in pairs to prepare their own paella, with chef hats, aprons, recipes, ingredients and cooking equipment provided.
Once the cooking is complete, everyone will gather for a tasting and a friendly competition to recognise the evening's best paella. Guests can then sit down together at Albricias Terrace to enjoy the paella they have created.
