To maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment for all residents, the following rules and regulations shall apply:

5. Room Care, Cleanliness & Maintenance

7. Use of Common Facilities

In the event of any lost or damaged items, the following replacement charges shall apply:
Key Card & Key Return
All keys and/or key cards must be returned to the Lessor upon the expiration date or early termination of this Agreement.
Upon move-in, a designated team member will accompany the resident for a detailed walkthrough of the unit using an official Inventory Checklist.
A comprehensive list of all furnishings and equipment provided, including the declared replacement value for each item, will be documented. The resident is required to review and sign this checklist to confirm receipt and the condition of all items.
Upon move-out, the same checklist will be used to verify the condition and presence of all inventory. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the Security Deposit in accordance with the declared value.

Important Note
The signed Inventory Checklist will serve as the official reference for the condition of all provided items throughout the lease period. Charges for damages or missing items will be assessed against the Security Deposit at the time of move-out.
