2. Sending future marketing communications and joint promotions with affiliates, subsidiaries or business partners;
3. Conducting customer and service surveys.

The term “personal data” in this Policy refers to personal information which is capable of identifying you as an individual. You can visit our website without providing any personal data or information. When we need to collect personal data from you to provide you with a particular service, we will ask you to obligatory supply us with the information we need. Personal data may be collected as part of: (i) fulfilling reservations or requests for information or services, (ii) accommodating your personal preferences, (iii) purchasing our products and services, (iv) registering for our programmed memberships, (v) submitting job applications and (vi) facilitating communications. • Guest stay information, including the hotels or residences where you have stayed, date of arrival and departure, goods and services purchased, special requests made, observations about your service preferences, telephone numbers dialed and faxes and telephone messages received;
• Your credit card details, membership information, account details, profile or password details and any frequent flyer or travel partner programmed affiliation;
• Any information necessary to fulfill special requests (for example leisure, travel and guest preferences);
• Your reviews and opinions about our services;
• Information collected through the use of closed circuit television systems and other security systems; and information relating to the credit of customers.

• External contractors must be declared no later than 15 days prior to the Event
• Contractors must comply with Hotel safety, insurance, and operational requirements
• The Client remains fully liable for acts, omissions, loss, or damage caused by contractors or Guests
• All damages must be settled immediately upon demand by the Hotel

Data held by the Company relating to you will be kept confidential. In cases where the Company do collect the data from you, we will:

1. tell you (by way of this Privacy Policy Statement or by a separate notification) that the Company is doing so and the use that the Company will make of such data we collect;
2. where relevant, give you the opportunity to “opt out” (that is to restrict the uses the Company will make of such data);
3. tell you how the Company will store the data and how you can review, change and delete the data the Company has stored.

The Company may, where such disclosure is necessary to satisfy the purpose, or a directly related purpose, for which the data was collected provide such data to the following parties:

1. any subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies, or affiliates of the Company;
2. any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides services to the Company, its subsidiaries, holding companies, affiliates, and associated companies in connection with the operation of their business;
3. any credit reference agencies, in the event of default, to debt collection agencies; and
