Upon move-in, a designated team member will accompany the resident for a detailed walkthrough of the unit using an official Inventory Checklist.
A comprehensive list of all furnishings and equipment provided, including the declared replacement value for each item, will be documented. The resident is required to review and sign this checklist to confirm receipt and the condition of all items.
Upon move-out, the same checklist will be used to verify the condition and presence of all inventory. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the Security Deposit in accordance with the declared value.

The signed Inventory Checklist will serve as the official reference for the condition of all provided items throughout the lease period. Charges for damages or missing items will be assessed against the Security Deposit at the time of move-out.
All confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, all deposits paid will be forfeited.
Requests for amendments must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit: Fully refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to satisfactory inspection and fulfillment of all terms and conditions.
Advance Rental Fee: Applied to the initial rental period as specified in the lease agreement.
Booking Deposit: Credited toward the total amount due.
Full payment of the invoiced amount must be settled by the 7th day of each month.
Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance until fully settled.

Rent will not be refunded if the duration of stay is less than one month.

Cash security deposits will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer only; cash refunds are not permitted.
Processing time for security deposit refunds is approximately 30 working days from the check-out date.
